The floor staff are very helpful and much less pushy than in the past. The staff in bedware went above and beyond getting me a fantastic deal on mattresses.
Harvey Nornan could be compared with Mini Best buy of US, The store has a horrible return policy. The electronics available is out of date and expensive compared to other similar stores. The customer service is okay, and oriented towards selling rather than helping the customer select the right product. I did buy a few expensive items like Sony 70 inch TV, speakers and Music system. One can bargain an item price with Sales associates which is very crude. The store is otherwise clean and is located near town area. Cheers!!!!!
Good selection of products.Sure you can buy a lot of stuff online but its good to go to the store and speak with a staff member to make sure you are getting what you need and you can take it home that day. Also a lot easier for returns or warranty issues that if you bought something online or from overseas.
Good choice of quality products but pricier than the average store. Hunt carefully for your bargains... use their interest free options to your advantage
