I love kfc but I don't think these guys have ever got my order correct.

Unfortunately, the service here isn't very good. I worked at KFC for over 9 years. Their food is oily and the burgers can be rushed at times. The service is normally good. But this time it wasn't to good. I seem to have something missing from my meal when I get a big meal. The manager there is very helpful when things are mixed up which helps.
Very Busy at times... Need to provide customers with the straw, wipe and spoon pack. Didn't get it for the last 4 times.. Other than that very good team...
One of the best KFCs Ive visited travelling around Australia. Sometimes you eat it and regret 15 minutes later because it is too oily but the Alice Springs KFC did the 9 pieces for $10 perfectly, and even though the shop was busy the staff were very professional, friendly and efficient. I even saw the manager come out to talk with a potential employee and I was certainly left with the impression that the whole store and staff are a credit to KFC as well as Alice Springs. Thank you. It would be great if all the stores were like yours.
