Today I went to get some medicine to the alice springs chemist. So one of the staff took the prescription check it and asked me to come back after half an hour. So I went out to do some of my other works and took more than hour for me to come to the pharmacy to collect the medicine. So at that time the medicine is not ready and asked me to back again in after another 20 minutes. So can you imagine how the customer service is? They already took more than two hours Now. So after waiting another half an hour I went to collect it. Then they told me one of the prescription was missing and they cannot give it and only one medicine was ready. See how careless are they? Why they can't tell me about that at the time I gave the prescription? They took more than two hours to ready only one medicine. What a poor service that they provide us?If they took two hours to supply the medicine how many customers can they serve for one day?This is really bad customer service that I have ever faced in my life...I was really dissatisfied..
