Australia Post is a joke, everything is always late. It wont matter if you have express or otherwise. Staff here do not seem to care about customers, will just give you a complaint form and tell you to come back another day to hand it in. Trying to get any information or even have a conversation with them is pointless, as they just stare at you blankly and try to get you to leave asap. AVOID if at all possible... use a courier service they will always give you prompt delivery and have friendly and helpful staff.

Pathetic, 90% of my parcels sit in the delivery centre for 3+ days before they're delivered plus I've payed for express shipping. I've tried going in there and picking them up myself but apparently I can't.
Great service - small room for improvement... how about a pick up service on Saturday considering you don't deliver on that day?I'm an express post customer and my package is sitting in your warehouse since Friday earmarked for delivery on Monday or Tuesday.We have such a small city that it is no hassle for me to collect it.Again just a small gripe - it's just great that I can order and get it in a week.
