We had an issue with a recently installed fuel tank in a Izuzu RV. Losing many litres of fuel. Affecting economy. Installed at another TJM thousands of k's away. We took the vehicle to TJM Alice Springs, spoke with Stephen INGS. He inspected veh. Booked in for a 3 hour operation. Possibilty to drop the fuel tank out to fix the next morning at 8am. Dropped veh off. Repaired within 1 hour. No charge. Service very, very good. Recommed to travellers who need assistance.
Advised they would not sell to me as I am living in Darwin not Alice Springs. Very rude and appeared incompetent receptionist. Alice Springs living up to its reputation.
