A very busy supermarket. Tends to run out of products. The team stocking the shelves does not seem to be able to keep up. Quite disappointing at times looking for goods that has sold out. Furthermore, with the busyness, you would expect them to open more cashier lanes but only about 3 are opened at any one time with the others left unmanned. The self-checkout is always fully used. They should actually expand this and remove the other cashier lanes since they are hardly used. Otherwise, the convenience of ample parking near the supermarket is a definite plus. In addition they open early at 6 am.
Better than IGA . I wish Coles may consider Indian/Asian customers requirements at least were Asian origins population high like Alicesprings
Large modern supermarket - typical Coles, and same prices as elsewhere.Most items in Alice attract premium prices, but Coles has NATIONAL pricing. Highly recommended for fresh fruit, veg, meat, dairy, deli, and everyday personal and household needs.Highly recommended.
I wanted groceries. They had them all. Cheaper than the shop near my house in mutitjulu. Palya
I am amazed that some staff don't respect the fact that they have a job. Security walking around talking consistently with earphones throughout the shop. Also staff stacking shelves with their phone tucked awkwardly into their necks talking away and sometimes raising their voices whilst packing the shelves. How is this safe for us all and where are people's work ethics?
