Legendary service. Whilst moving interstate the springs on our 75 series gave up the ghost on a Friday arvo. Travis went above and beyond to help us out. He fixed our car, was helpful, friendly and straighforward. I feel like information about cars were limited we were just suggested to go somewhere els one guy was really nice, how ever we were given a price on the phone and then randomly $100 was added because he felt it was under price even though we had the oil and spark plugs. I was charged $144 for a quote. I wasnt happy with the whole experience. But they did recommend another mecanic and it was better.
Theses guys will step up and help the locals including other people mechanics. Not only do they repair and service vehicles well, they also open their doors to run training courses for other mechanics to attend. When the local TAFE was not made available at late notice, Master tech saved the day. Thank you for your support.
Went to the painted desert with my new camper trailer. Turns out the nuts and bolts holding my suspension on where most probability not tightened properly. I limped into Alice and Travis from pedders was super helpful. Fixed my suspension issue and also my electric wires to my water pump. Highly recommended and Thankyou Travis Farrar
Staff very friendly and helpful after I broke a leaf spring doing the Madigan Line in my Hilux they managed to fit a new set for me in a few hours and didn't overcharge knowing the predicament I was in (having to get back to Adelaide).
