Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. Efficient and honest service. Their waiting lounge is well stocked with free wi-fi. Bought a Holden Astra there and have been very satisfied with their follow-ups and answering all my queries quickly. Has capped servicing too. Highly recommended if looking to purchase a vehicle.

Turned up at 0800 as requested vide message (phone booking was for 1200 so go figure). At 1035 i went for a walk and found my LC200 parked out the back. Queried the service desk and they said they input the wrong finsh time and it was a computer glitch i.e. 2200 instead of 1000 hrs. So they said they would throw 2 technicians on the service and it would be ready by 1130. It is now 1200 and still no car as front brake pads need changing. They were apologetic but talking to locals when i went for another walk they said that this toyota dealer has a bad reputation. Moral of the story is check after 30 mins to see if work has commenced otherwise you could be here for 4.5 hours like me.
