The 4WD was clean and worked super well, the staff (who are locals) was friendly, relaxed and gave us some really good info, refunding us our bond straight away. The camping gear the car was also better than we could expect! Very happy with this rental company compared to the mainstream ones. Good job guys
Terrible experience. We booked Toyota Landcruiser for 10 days several months in advance. Very hefty price - but we expected something special and valuable for it. But we got some old, horrible, extremely noisy and shaky wreck instead that felt like falling apart on every road bump. Really suffering to drive it. Extreme fuel consumption. Old tyres quite after their life span (one naturally broke and they asked us to pay fully for it !!). We paid extra for jerry cans, where the pipe was so bad that it was not possible to pour the diesel inside the car. The camping equipment we paid for was also some scratched old junk.Really awful. Instead of considering all that, apologising and maybe giving some bonus (after already paying the whopping price) they still mercilessly charged us extra for the things that we had no control over. Extremely unfriendly and greedy stuff. We deeply regret we did not rent a normal, modern , civilised 4WD car from some other serious company (paying much less and getting much more). Big mistake that partly spoilt our 10 days adventure in Northern Territory.The worst car rental experience ever. If you go to Alice Springs and want to rent a car, avoid this place !

Cannot speak highly enough of this Alice Springs car hire business. We originally looked at the big national companies but saved ourselves quite a lot going with these guys. Also, they made us feel like we really mattered. They are extremely prompt to answer any questions / emails and nothing was too much bother.
