Ran into an issue yesterday with the battery deciding to quit on The spouses car, being close to closing time we called Autosparky to ensure that they had the Battery I required. I was having some trouble with my Arkpak in June and took it in to PJ. We couldn't get any response from Arkpak so PJ opened it and checked the connections, tightened a couple of loose nuts and kept it there for a few days to make sure it was charging. It hasn't missed a beat since.PJ was very pleasant went out of his way to help me and then didn't charge me. Thankyou so much for great service.
