Driving from Melbourne to Alice Springs and had a slow leaking puncture but the manager was not interested in offering any help to even check the tyre. The bays were empty.
I know these chaps for a while know and I can honestly say that that they are always friendly, give me an honest reply when I ask a question, are very flexiable on when to service my car as my wife use the car many times that I don'y know all her woman's plans. The cost is reasonable. They use flybuy's which does count as well. I replaced all my tires once on my ute as Kmart auto and they ordered it for me what I wanted. Really good service from Kmart Auto Alice Springs. I am very pleased with their service.
Quick and convenient. I was quoted a high price for tyres that were the wrong size for my vehicle (intentional?) Would not recommend for tyres but I was happy enough with service.
The manager Darren was outstanding. Its hard to get parts in Alice but he did his utmost to get us on our way. The other staff weren't that great but Darren made up for all of them.
Not the best and not the worst. Pretty cheap to have a mount and balance done which they did very well and pretty quickly for me. Also had the oil changed while I was there but the price was rather surprising but apparently the norm for the area. They managed to overfill my radiator and while they were keen to tell me that the engine should get a degrease they didn't notice any signs that my radiator would blow up 30 min later
