It is not very good. Tiny pool, air con struggles on a cooler day (34) would hate to see it on a 43 degree day we have often. The room had no plug for bathroom sink and was given one that didn't fit. The bedside lights were not working with a bulb missing from one, the cot we were given for our baby had an ill fitting mattress that seemed old and staff seemed unfriendly and not wanting to help. Rang reception repeatedly with no answer for ten minutes then told dinner was closed at 7.55 when it was 7.50 and we had been ringing for ten minutes. the compendium said dinner closed at 9pm. We ended up ordering pizza as everyone was too concerned with going home early than doing the job they are paid for. Overall bad service, dodgy rooms and definitely not four star.
Great place, good rooms. Aircons struggle a little in the heat but over all a good place. Always go to their website to book as its cheaper than anywhere else by far!
Me and my boyfriend spend for one night in this hotel and it was nice..Lovely room, clean bathroom, amenities are complete.In the mini bar you will find many choices of drink, including alcohol.They have nice option for breakfast too.This hotel is close with mall, and Anzac hill.About the price, this hotel really give a good price in compare with some roadhouse we been staying during our trip.Very recommended..
The hotel was fine but was let down badly by the restaurant. We have it on good authority that that is know being sorted. We'll see on our return journey. We did return and the management kept to their word. The restaurant seemed to has complete new staff and the service was much improved. Our room was upgraded and we met twice with the manager who was most apologetic for our first encounter. Would now improve the rating to 4 or 5.
good value hotel close to main centre. Room comfortable tho mini bar basic and no special teas or coffees. Restaurant meals are good tho not much ethnic food and prices of main dishes quite high. Breakfast bistro basic but good.
