Excellent hotel. We both had chicken. Portions very generous and well presented.
Hotel is located on the golf course, away from the city centre but in a nice part of Alice Springs. Generally hotel is older with rooms that are dated and showing signs of wear. The room is good otherwise
Nice hotel well located. Has a nice pool, and good restaurant with a decent wine list. However, the service at the restaurant is mediocre (at best). Nevertheless, if you don't mind the questionable service quality, it is a good place to stay in Alice Springs.
Flooded public toilet not fixed as a matter of emergency was one sad part of my visit there as it posed both a health risk and safety risk as well. There was not even signage to warn of the apparent risks posed by th flooding. I reported that to front desk and they confirmed they knew about it. That took away the lovely time I spent at the hotel having dinner. Besides that, a clean hotel attracting a classy, trendy crowd.
I like it very much. We stayed two nights here, the building outside looks very old, but room is very well maintained, clean and tidy. The restaurants near the foyer are super good too. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Two bottles of water on arrival. Receptionist asked if i need a car to go somewhere after checking out. Very professional service. It has gym, Sauna, tennis court and swimming pool. In the middle of the desert, I am very happy about their professional service.
